Meet McRae Courage

McRae Courage is Villmer Caudill, PLLC’s Firm Administrator, where she manages the firm’s operations and information systems. Prior to her arrival at the firm, McRae spent five years as Operations Director for one of the largest residential real estate developers on the East Coast. She began her career at a family law firm, starting as a case coordinator before quickly climbing the ranks and moving into an operational role. 

McRae is empathetic and warm, but she has a grittiness that allows her to see even the toughest projects through to completion. She has a keen eye for detail and balances professional integrity with the interpersonal skills necessary to build lasting connections. Her seemingly endless bandwidth enables her to wear many hats without sacrificing the quality of her work. 

As a child, McRae’s family relocated more than a dozen times. This allowed her to meet people from all walks of life and has shaped her into someone with deep empathy for others. She incorporates this empathy into her professional life, while still holding herself and her colleagues to the highest of professional standards. 

Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her husband and two daughters, riding her bike, and creating stained glass art.
