Meet Darrion Holloway

Darrion’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes and other business conflicts. He takes a strategic, results-driven approach to resolving disputes efficiently while aligning legal strategy with his clients’ broader business objectives. His background also includes criminal defense experience, which further strengthens his advocacy skills and courtroom presence.

In addition to his litigation practice, Darrion assists clients with select transactional matters, including business formation, contract drafting, and asset protection, allowing him to provide well-rounded guidance across both disputes and day-to-day business needs.

Before joining Villmer Caudill, Darrion practiced at a national law firm where he handled complex litigation matters and developed a strong foundation in case strategy, client advocacy, and dispute resolution.

Darrion’s experience includes:

• Representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and contract disputes

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution

• Advocating for clients in court and at key stages of litigation, including hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk, exposure, and resolution options

The Personal Side

Outside of his practice, Darrion enjoys coaching basketball, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants in the Charlotte area.
