In her civil litigation practice, Jasmine represents clients in a wide range of disputes including contract claims, commercial matters, real property issues, and complex business conflicts. Known for her strategic thinking and personable approach, she assists clients in all stages of litigation — from pleadings and discovery to motion practice and trial preparation. Jasmine ensures that each client’s position is represented with strength and clarity. 

Jasmine’s litigation experience includes: 

• Disputes between homeowners and general contractors related to unfair or deceptive trade practices and breach of contract

• Disputes between relatives regarding estate matters

• Disputes between homeowners and homeowners' associations related to breach of declaration and property damage

• Disputes between businesses for breach of contract

• Litigating and collecting on claims of lien for general contractors and subcontractors upon residential and commercial real estate

• Representing business owners in collections claims against customers 

The Personal Side

Jasmine is a North Carolina native who has called Charlotte home for the last decade. In her free time, she enjoys working in her garden, hanging out at the beach, and spending time with her son Isaac and their yorkiepoo Gracie.
