Ever had a mediator share with the other side what you asked to be kept confidential? Matt takes meticulous notes during mediation to ensure he understands what you’ve authorized him to discuss, and what you’ve told him to keep confidential.

If you prefer to mediate remotely, via Zoom, Matt has a firm grasp on technology and can work with all the parties to ensure a smooth opening session, breakout sessions, and conclusion through the electronic signing of a settlement agreement.
